Each program acts on a single, defined driver of autoimmune inflammation. Each is shown at its real stage. The band under each program marks where it is, not where we hope it goes.

CVT-101 is an oral small-molecule inhibitor of a kinase that sits downstream of the signalling Corvin studies in synovial tissue. It is in IND-enabling studies: the work that characterizes exposure, off-target activity, and the safety package a regulator reviews before any first-in-human study.
What we do not say: that it works, that it is safe, or when it might reach patients. Those answers require data we do not have. The assistant on this site will decline those questions and route you to a person.
CVT-207 is in lead optimization: the medicinal-chemistry stage where a promising series is refined toward a single candidate. It applies the same single-driver approach to a distinct pathway implicated in kidney involvement in lupus.
An early discovery program. The target and indication are not disclosed publicly at this stage. Partnering teams under a confidentiality agreement can request the current scope.
Discovery finds a target and a starting series. Lead optimization narrows to one candidate. IND-enabling assembles the preclinical safety package. Only after that does a program reach patients, in the clinic. CVT-101 is at IND-enabling. None of our programs is clinical.
Stating the stage plainly is the point. A preclinical program described in clinical language is not more advanced. It is less honest.
